On September 11, CHN Energy Jingran Thermal Power hosted a group of special Indonesian guests from the Group’s “Annie’s Wish” program for an educational visit. The Company introduced the visitors to basic knowledge of power production, presented the development of smart power stations in China, and demonstrated its philosophy of green and low-carbon development.
During the event, the Indonesian children first visited the exhibition hall on the first floor of the central control building, where they experienced firsthand the greenery and modern style of this green power plant. They then visited the main control room hall and the steam turbine platform. At the innovation studio, the children watched the video A Day of a Shift Supervisor and learned in detail about the company’s development history. Facing highly automated and intelligent power generation equipment and control systems, the Indonesian children were deeply impressed by the Company’s outstanding construction standards and cutting-edge technological applications. During the visit, young volunteers from the Company had warm exchanges and interactions with the guests.
This visit enabled the Indonesian children to directly appreciate the technological charm of China’s power industry and sparked a lasting interest in science. The company will continue to leverage its achievements in smart and green development to contribute to people-to-people exchanges under the Belt and Road Initiative and to China-Indonesia friendship.
