Recently, Baoshen Railway was officially awarded the title of 2025 Level 1 Enterprise in Safety Culture Construction of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, marking high recognition from regional authorities for the company’s advanced practices and outstanding performance in safety management, and consolidating a solid safety culture foundation for its high-quality development.
Over a long period, Baoshen Railway has taken safety culture construction as a core measure to strengthen workplace safety. It has advanced coordinated efforts in organizational support, system improvement, risk prevention and control, and technology empowerment. In addition, it has integrated safety culture into all procedures and positions of production and operation, achieving full implementation and tangible results of safety culture. In safety management practice, Baoshen Railway has established a dual prevention mechanism of “risk classification control and hidden danger investigation and treatment” to precisely guard against all types of safety risks. It has adopted closed-loop management covering investigation, identification, correction and finalization for violations, and strictly standardized on-site operations. Notably, the company’s excellent safety practice cases have been selected into the Third Inner Mongolia Enterprise Team Safety Construction and 2025 Safety Culture Construction Case Collection.
