Recently, young volunteers from DigitalTech Company entered Changshouyuan Community, Wuhou District, Chengdu City, and conducted the volunteer activities themed Lei Feng Spirit in Smart Water & Power, AI Literacy Popularization in Community. The activity brought AI knowledge to residents through tech-based volunteer services, carried forward the Lei Feng Spirit with concrete actions, further strengthening enterprise-community cooperation.
The event set up several interactive zones, including a general AI life experience area, an AI dream workshop for children, an AI health and emergency station, and a sign-in and gift area. Sixteen volunteers worked in collaboration and provided AI large model popularization and smart life knowledge to community residents through stamp-collection, interactive experiences, one-on-one guidance and brochure distribution. These activities helped residents understand the applications of artificial intelligence in daily life through hands-on participation.
During the activity, with the Doubao APP as a platform for on-site demonstration, volunteers guided residents to raise questions and experience its functions. These functions ranged from information inquiry and health tips to AI creation, allowing residents to directly experience the tangible value of AI technology. Meanwhile, the company also conducted promotional sessions on cloud-based water and power services and introduced applications of smart water and power services. The activity distributed a total of 500 copies of handouts such as smart life popularization manuals and smart community family emergency manuals, and served more than 100 community residents. It not only popularized AI knowledge and improved residents’ digital literacy, but also further strengthened the bond between the enterprise and the community.
