The China National Coal Association officially issued a notice, stating that Zhunneng Group was successfully rated AAA, the highest credit rating for coal industry enterprises. Its integrity construction practice case was simultaneously selected into the 2025 Typical Cases of Enterprise Integrity Construction in the Coal Industry. It became a benchmark in the industry with two authoritative honors in the credit field at the same time.
As a large coal enterprise, Zhunneng Group always integrated integrity construction into the whole process of enterprise development. It took a series of measures, including improving governance structure, strengthening internal risk control, increasing investment in scientific and technological innovation, and continuously enhancing profitability, to steadily consolidate the foundation for credit development. The current standard for enterprise credit rating evaluation in the coal industry (coal production groups) includes 76 evaluation indicators with a full score of 1,000 points. The evaluation covers multiple core indicators including operation and management capacity, financial status, development potential and credit record, serving as a comprehensive test of an enterprise’s integrity construction level. The preliminary evaluation opinion showed that Zhunneng Group achieved full marks in 61 indicators and a score of 942 points. It demonstrated the Group’s excellent credit record, sound operation status and strong development potential.
In credit management practice, Zhunneng Group built a credit prevention and control system covering all businesses. In the process of promoting ecological civilization construction and green low-carbon development, it actively participated in public welfare undertakings, took the initiative to serve local economic and social development, and steadily realized a benign interaction between high-quality enterprise development and social value feedback. Since the release of the social responsibility report, Zhunneng Group has been rated Excellent Enterprise in National Coal Industry Social Responsibility Report Release for 8 consecutive times. It had also won multiple honors including Class A Taxpayer and Honest Taxpayer. Numerous integrity practice cases had been selected as national typical cases of integrity management.
