On October 26, the 2025 People’s Health Conference, hosted by People’s Daily Online - People’s Health, was grandly convened. Jinjie Company’s exemplary case, Building a First-Class Model Healthy Enterprise, was successfully selected for the 2025 Healthy China Innovative Practice Case Repository.
The selected case thoroughly summarizes Jinjie Company’s innovative approaches and advanced experiences in promoting employee health. By implementing a series of measures and projects tailored to employees’ physical and mental health needs, the company has continuously improved the work environment, enriched health initiatives, and effectively enhanced overall health literacy and well-being. This has formed a set of practices for building a world-class model healthy enterprise. Following a multi-tiered selection and recommendation process by the Healthy China Enterprise Action Coordination Office of the China Enterprise Confederation, which reviewed over 300 distinctive health enterprise construction cases from 2024, and after rigorous evaluation by authoritative industry experts, Jinjie Company’s case successfully stood out for inclusion in the repository.
The company upholds occupational health as a baseline, innovatively locating the remote control room for generating units in an office building separate from the main plant. This ensures operators work in a healthy, zero-noise environment. With the ultimate goal of comprehensive employee well-being, the company has established an intelligent dining hall, created self-service cafeterias, upgraded fitness facilities, and set up comprehensive self-service health assessment stations. These form an integrated health management model combining health stations, medical rooms, physiotherapy facilities, and first-aid equipment.
