As of September 30, the monthly inbound volume of non-integrated business at China Shenhua’s Zhuhai Port reached 1.057 million tonnes, the best performance since the port began operations. In the first nine months of 2026, cumulative volume reached 6.082 million tonnes, laying a solid foundation for meeting the annual target and safeguarding regional energy supply.

Since the start of 2026, the Company has maintained market-oriented operations and coordinated the synergistic development of its businesses. In the face of fierce regional port competition and a complex market environment, the Company has adhered to the approach of stabilizing the foundation through integrated operations and expanding incremental growth through non-integrated operations. It has fully staffed its marketing teams, optimized incentive mechanisms, and innovated business models; stabilized its thermal coal base; expanded non-power coal customers; and optimized its cargo mix. Through measures including off-season business incentives and rapid transshipment, the Company has effectively improved berth and yard turnover efficiency, continuously strengthening operational resilience.

At present, Zhuhai Port’s inbound coal volume accounts for 21.9% of the total handled by major public coal terminals in Guangdong Province and 29.2% of the total handled by major public terminals in the Pearl River Delta, up 2.7 and 4.1 percentage points year on year, respectively. The Company’s model of “leveraging coal to develop the port, using the port to strengthen the industrial chain, and clustering industries through the port” offers a reference for CHN Energy’s market-oriented transformation. Meanwhile, the Company has deepened port-railway and plant-port coordination, optimized sea-rail intermodal transport processes, and opened green channels for supply assurance, making every effort to guarantee power and energy supply in the Greater Bay Area. Looking ahead, the Company will continue to deepen its market-oriented transformation, steadily improve quality and efficiency, and bolster regional energy supply security.
