Xinjie Energy: Inner Wall Construction of West Return Air Shaft at Xinjie No.1 Mine Successfully Completed 28 Days Ahead of Schedule

On March 12, the Western Return Air Shaft Project at Xinjie No.1 Mine achieved major progress. The inner wall construction was successfully completed 28 days ahead of the schedule, marking the full completion of the main structure of the first shaft project at Xinjie Energy.

In response to low temperatures during winter, Xinjie No.1 Mine adhered to systematic planning and targeted measures. The mine optimized process connection and strengthened resource allocation to achieve precise full-process control. With comprehensive measures including material insulation and real-time monitoring, it effectively overcame constraints imposed by low temperatures, providing solid support for rapid project progress. Meanwhile, focusing on key procedures and process transitions, it implemented precise scheduling and dynamic deviation correction to ensure efficient coordination of construction arrangements and firm delivery of scheduled targets. These efforts demonstrated the deep integration of refined management and scientific organization.

The project upheld the philosophy of Safety as Priority, Quality as Foundation throughout construction. The mine strictly implemented safety management systems, strengthened risk identification for high-risk operations and built a comprehensive and solid on-site safety network through routine inspections and robust governance. In terms of quality control, with standardized operations as the foundation, it applied refined control to key procedures, achieving coordinated development and support between project construction and safe production. Based on this achievement, Xinjie Energy will advance mining area construction, strengthen safety management, and move steadily toward the goal of building Xinjie Mining Area into a “world-class 100-million-tonne demonstration mining area”.
