A major upgrade was recently completed for the transport and sales monitoring system of the Trading Group, which was developed by the DigitalTech Company. The “Policy management” module, powered by domestic large language model technology, has been officially put into operation.
This module enables intelligent search and precise interpretation of hundreds of management documents across various departments within the Trading Group, enhancing policy retrieval efficiency by over 90%. Previously, front-line employees had to review hundreds of documents across different departments when conducting transport and sales operations, as this manual verification was time-consuming and prone to errors, creating certain compliance risks. With the new functions, employees can simply ask questions in daily language, and the system automatically analyzes the semantics, precisely locates the original policy text, and highlights key clauses. Additionally, the system intelligently links related documents and the latest amendment explanations, truly achieving “instant answers to queries”, and providing real-time compliance support for core operations such as transportation and sales.
In the next phase, the system will gradually train a specialized supervision large language model for the transport and sales sector to enable automatic business compliance verification and real-time risk alerts, delivering a replicable intelligent transport and sales solution for the industry.
