As of January 31, Huanghua Port’s non-coal throughput amounted to 1,176,200 tonnes, 326,200 tonnes more than planned, achieving a year-on-year increase of 72%. The figure marked a new historical high, indicating Huanghua Port embraced a good start in the first month of 2023.

Since the start of 2023, in the face of the new situation, Huanghua Port has focused on expanding its services while giving full play to the advantage of integrated big logistics chain. Eyeing the latest changes of the inland market and the dynamic needs of the upstream and downstream of the supply chain, it made efforts to expand supply sources and channels. With its annual non-coal business goals in mind, Huanghua Port formulated and implemented thorough operation plans, strengthened integration and collaboration with partners, and coordinated vessels in a rational manner, ensuring the accomplishment of monthly plans by monitoring the fulfillment of daily and weekly goals. The port also took active actions to respond to cold currents and coordinate safe production during holidays, strictly implemented the 24-hour on-duty system for leaders, and rationally arranged the work schedules for consigned teams. In addition, it has established a work mechanism featuring “tailored plan for each ship” to formulate customized unloading plans for major vessels. The port fully leveraged idle time such as closure of navigation in bad weathers to carry out planned equipment overhauling in a reasonable way, improve the technologies for equipment and facilities, and enhance the stability of unloading equipment. Through these measures, it ensured stable, orderly, safe, and efficient operations, laying a solid foundation for high-quality development of the parent company’s comprehensive logistics business.
