Recently, Yanbao Energy's Excavator Bucket Wheel and Bucket Wheel Excavator obtained a national invention patent certificate issued by the China National Intellectual Property Administration, marking a breakthrough in the company's R&D of key equipment technologies for open-pit mining.
As the core equipment for continuous mining operations in open-pit coal mines, the structural performance of bucket wheels and bucket teeth on bucket wheel excavators directly affects mining efficiency, equipment operation stability and service life. Traditional bucket tooth structures are prone to eccentric wear during operation, leading to higher excavation resistance, aggravated wear on tooth edges and even structural fracture, thereby affecting the steady and continuous mining operation.
In response to this common technical challenge across the industry, the invention conducted comprehensive structural optimization on bucket wheels and bucket teeth, effectively addressing eccentric wear of tooth edges and lowering fracture risks, alongside the optimization of key parameters including front and rear angles to achieve more rational stress distribution on bucket teeth. The patented invention delivered technical support for structural upgrading and performance improvement of core open-pit mining equipment, enhancing mine capacity for intelligent and efficient production guarantee, and injecting technological momentum into the safe, efficient and high-quality development of the company.
