Recently, at the Network Communication Innovation & Application Conference of China Energy Research Society, Shengli Energy’s project, Shengli Energy’s Metaverse Digital Twin System Driven by Industrial Ring Network, stood out among 272 cases nationwide and was recognized as an outstanding case in its category, securing the first place.
This case focuses on four key areas: standardization development, intelligent production, platform-based growth, and smart decision-making. By upgrading the existing network and centralized control system of Shengli Energy’s storage and transportation center, the project develops systems including AI video perception, MES management and decision-making, and digital twin technology. With IoT, big data, cloud computing, mobile internet, and intelligent control technologies, the smart management & control platform integrates a comprehensive perception of information characterized by “people, machine, environment” with autonomous integration, dynamic identification, effective early warning, and collaborative control.
Based on digital twin technology, the platform models the ground production system to meet visualization, digital-driven, big data analysis, and information feedback requirements to build a comprehensive data model based on the digital twin, smooth device logic through business process optimization, map real-time data to device models, and apply script-driven technology to produce a digital twin of the storage and transportation center with real spatial relationships, enabling data remote driving of the equipment within storage and transportation center in a real 3D scenario.
