Recently, automatic power transmission and boot function of the local underground fan has been successfully applied in the production control platform of Liuta Coal Mine of Shendong Coal, effectively improving the emergency response capability of the mine.
The Youth Innovation Group of Intelligent Operation and Maintenance Team of Liuta Coal Mine has developed an “intelligent mode” of power transmission and boot based on the configuration page of local fan power supply system of the production control platform through software coding. Under this mode, after the power restoration of superior power supply system, the system will automatically perform fault diagnosis prior to power transmission and boot, and comprehensively assess devices including high-voltage switchgear, movable-type transformer, feeder, fan switch, among others. If no fault is diagnosed and the voltage reaches the predetermined value, the system will switch on for power transmission step by step until the local fan runs normally. In case of any fault detected in any devices, the program will stop execution and remain monitoring state until fault clearance. The program can help ensure the safe power supply upon completion of the automatic power transmission and boot.
“Under good network conditions, this program only takes 2 minutes and 30 seconds to complete the local fan power transmission and boot, greatly shortening the equipment downtime and improving the emergency response capability of the mine power supply system under intelligent mode”, says Tian Jianglong, Head of Intelligent Operation and Maintenance Team of Liuta Coal Mine.
