On August 14, the coal mine industrial ring network built by Digital Intelligence Technology Company using new-generation ICT technology was put into trial operation after two months of joint debugging. With 46 subsystems accessed, the entire system operated stably.
With continuous increase of intelligent mining scenarios, the existing industrial ring network is no longer able to bear the increasingly huge data transmission. In order to tackle this problem, Digital Intelligence Technology Company innovatively integrated cutting-edge ICT technology with mining and built a 50G Slicing Packet Network (SPN) for the mining industry, which empowers intelligent operation at coal mines both above and below ground.
Based on the technology of hard slicing isolation, the SPN mining industrial ring network provides “one physical ring network + multiple logical ring networks” for both underground and opencast operations, offers tailored network services for intelligent mines of different types, and creates reliable, safe, and expandable channels for coal transport in the complex underground environment. Its application will significantly reduce the company’s cost of network construction, simplify mine operation and maintenance, and lay a solid foundation for intelligent construction of coal mines.
