The “Research and Application of Intelligent Loading System in Coal Processing Plant” project of Zhungeer Energy Group recently won the First Prize of 2023 Equipment Management and Technology Innovation Achievements in the Coal Industry.
Based on technological research and evaluation, the project developed an intelligent loading system which realizes automatic train loading with technologies such as carriage positioning, car number recognition, radar detection, and wireless communication. Its automatic control, material flow modeling, and image recognition functions allow for intelligent and accurate coal blending on the silo and automatic operation throughout the entire coal blending process, which improves the qualification rate of coal blending.
The application of the system reduces the labor intensity of workers, improves the efficiency and quality of loading, minimizes safety accidents in the loading process, and realizes the goal of on-site automatic operation and centralized remote control and monitoring.
