On September 12, 2022, Shengli Energy’s Open-pit Mine Safety Management System App was widely applied. This not only furnishes a new mode for equipment management, but also underpins the safe and stable equipment operation.
In the past, equipments were monitored by positioning and trajectory, which makes it difficult to supervise operators and equipments in real time, leaving some blind spots in management. In order to fundamentally solve the problems and monitor all scattered equipments, by taking a good opportunity from R&D project of integrating and upgrading the safety auxiliary system, the mine overcame network signal transmission and other difficulties, and successfully developed mobile terminal of this safety management system app.
The device terminal could be used to upload real-time data, such as dynamic information and operation images, while the mobile terminal could be used to view all online equipment information synchronously. As a result, the timeliness and accuracy of equipment management are greatly upgraded, and blind spots are eliminated. Local server storage enables video and operation data retrieval, which helps the comprehensive analysis of underlying failures and understand operation status of the equipments.
The development of this software achieves precise guidance and control of work safety by visualized information, which is of significance to enhance mine safety production capability, and to explore and build a visualized and intelligent remote safety management mode.
