On April 11, Huanghua Harbor Administration Corporation, the largest coal transportation port in China, was honored with the title of “Advanced Demonstration Unit of Annual Port Technology Innovation” at the 11th Edition of Portech Asia 2024. In addition, the first domestic intelligent production and operation system for bulk cargo terminals — CE-TOS was officially unveiled at the event.

The system has a five-level architecture including the equipment level, collaboration level, scheduling level, planning level, and strategy level, covering all types of processes and achieving seamless integration of port group collaboration, port internal planning, scheduling, and equipment operation. It is a standardized production and operation management system that fully supports the intelligent development of core hub ports, regional hub ports, and terminal ports in the entire port industry, establishing the intelligent production 2.0 model and becoming an industry benchmark for the smart development of bulk cargo terminals.
