China Shenhua recently received “A” rating by the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE) for its disclosure of information for the 2021-2022 year. It was the ninth A China Shenhua attained since the SSE began to evaluate publicly-listed companies’ disclosure of information in 2013. The rating is a full recognition of China Shenhua’s compliance with information disclosure rules and regulations.
Over the year, China Shenhua has been actively implementing the Guidelines of the State Council for Further Improving the Quality of Publicly Listed Companies. Putting into action the requirements of China Energy, its parent company. In this regard, China Shenhua has rolled out a slew of measures, improving its quality in information disclosure and corporate governance and maintaining its leading position in the capital market.
