Recently, the Shaanxi Provincial Energy Administration completed the information disclosure procedure for the 2022 Comparative Allocation of Wind and Photovoltaic Power Projects to be approved to connect to the power grid. The 100MW PV project applied by Yulin Energy under China Energy is one of the projects on the list.
The approval of the construction of this new energy project is a result of the company’s successful exploration of high-quality development and upgrading in safe coal production by following the call of the state and China Energy and rallying all of its employees to work hard through technological innovation and foresighted planning.
When completed, the project is expected to annually generate electricity of 178 million kWh. Compared to coal-fired power generation, it can save 54,267.7 tonnes of standard coal and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 133,319.41 tonnes, sulfur dioxide emissions by 895.95 tonnes, nitrogen oxide emissions by 846.67 tonnes and soot emissions by 521.03 tonnes each year, thus creating considerable social, environmental and economic benefits.
