Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing
China Shenhua has been publicly listed on Hong Kong
Stock Exchange since 15th June,2005. The stock code
is 1088. The offering price of China Shenhua' IPO is
HKD7.5 per share. We totally issued approximately 3.3986
billion H shares and financed approximately US$ 3.276
billion, which marks the largest financing activities
of coal industry in the world. Many strategic investors,
corporate investors and institutional investors paid
much attention to our issuances and applied for our
offering actively. After our IPO, Shenhua Group accounts
for 81.21% of our outstanding shares, and H Share investors
account for 18.79%. The Company’s IPO was awarded
the “Asia’s Best IPO of 2005” by Asiamoney.
