Mr. XUE Jilian is Vice President in charge of transportation segment.

Mr.HUA Zeqiao is Vice President in charge of coal sales & marketing.

Mr.WANG Pingang is Vice President in charge of power segment.

Mr.HUANG Qing is Secretary to our Board of Directors and a joint company secretary of the company.

Ms.ZHANG Kehui is Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
