 The first 400m longwall mining face is installed at Shendong

The longwall mining face No.44208 was successfully installed at Yujialiang Mine in Shendong Mines on Jan 14th 2007. Compared with the longwall mining face No.44202 with 300 meters long at Yujialiang Mine, the longwall mining face 44208 will produce additional 263 tonnes of coal per shearer slice and the face recovery will reach 97.4%.
