 Phase II of Huanghua Port is officially passed the national inspection Beijing, 2006-12-7 Phase II of Huanghua Port was officially passed the inspection and approved by Ministry of Communications on 5th December, 2006. Huanghua Port has become the major seaport of the second West-to-East coal transportation backbone as of launching the Phase II of Huanghua port.
