The double-line part from Batuta to Ciyaowan section of Baoshen Railway begains its operation on 15th April, 2007, over 8 months ahead of the plan.
This double-line part, which connects Shigetai Mine and Burtai Mine and Lijiahao Mine with Baoshen Railway, has a length of 20.4km and is designed as industrial undertakings electric railway of Class I. The operation not only secures the transportation capacity for the extending Shigetai Mine and other mines, but also plays an important pole in improving China Shenhua’s whole transportation network.
