![]() Breakwalls construction was completed in Huanghua Port Beijing, 15 October 2005- the construction of breakwallls at sea-route of Huanghua Port was successfully completed. The project, which referred in the IPO prospectus, including the construction with a total length of approximately 21 kilometers embarked at Huanghua Port in May, 2004. The construction techniques and quality are certified with the National excellence. Now, the breakwalls effectively mitigate the influence of sediment at sea-route, allowing ships with a freight capacity ranging from 35,000 to 50,000 tonnes traffic at the port smoothly. 70% of accumulation of sediment was removed, resulting in more efficient operations of Huanghua Port. Especially the breakwalls passed several high winds including typhoon “Matsa” test and are kept in good condition. Updated on 2005-10-26
