 Vice Presideng Mr Xue Jilian attended seminar on tow-way channel construction and consulting meeting on scoop－type dredger On 24 Nov, Vice Presideng Mr Xue Jilian attended seminar on tow-way channel construction and consulting meeting on scoop－type dredger and listened the report of Water Transportation Plan Institute on both two-way channel construction and Huanghua scoop－type dredger. In the meeting, the experts following the scientific and pragmatic spirit had in-depth discussion and dupplied opinions on the two-way channel construction and scoop－type dredger. The experts suggested that Huanghua should own a scoop－type dredger to snsure safety operation, improve anti-risk ability and lower dredging expenditure.
