 Chairman Mr Zhang Xiwu and Director Mr Zhang Yuzhuo attended the Sino-Us singing ceremony on clean energy cooperation On 17 Nov, the Sino-Us singing ceremony on clean energy cooperation was held in People’s Hall. Vice Premier Mr Li Keqiang, Vice Director of NDRC Mr Zhang Xiaoqiang and the Vice Minister Mr Ma Xiuhong attended the meeting and jointly witnessed the big event. Chairman Mr Zhang Xiwu and Director Mr Zhang Yuzhuo also joined the meeting on behalf of China Shenhua. The singing ceremony is one of the important programs on President Mr Obama’s agenda, which is of great significance for both countries to enhance the cooperation and boost the development on clean energy.
Before the meeting, Chairman Mr Zhang Xiwu exchanged views with his counterpart of GE and had a discussion with the Chairman of Peabody Energy. Director Mr Zhang Xiwu joined the press conference and answered questions. Updated on 2009-11-18
